The Vanguard Awards presented by Acura celebrate the innovation, originality, and independent spirit that the Feature Film Program, under the leadership of Michelle Satter, has fostered in artists over its 30-year history. The annual awards honor two filmmakers: one artist who is a leader in the independent film community, and one emerging artist who embodies visionary storytelling and engages audiences in fresh and exciting ways.
