Black Label Society has debuted a brand new track titled “All That Once Shined” from their brand new LP, Grimmest Hits, due out early next year.

The single is the second song the band has made available to the public. Just last month the band released a “Room Of Nightmares” music video. Both “All That Once Shined” and “Room of Nightmares” are available as iTunes instant gratification tracks, meaning fans who pre-order the album on iTunes now will receive both songs as an instant download.

Black Label Society has also announced a hefty batch of North American tour dates spanning coast to coast in support of the all-new LP. Support will come from legends Corrosion of Conformity on all dates. The Los Angeles show on 2/27 at The Fonda Theatre will also see support from EYEHATEGOD.

Black Label Society will release their tenth full length titled Grimmest Hits on January 19, 2018, via Entertainment One. The new effort will be the highly anticipated follow up to Billboard Top 5 charting titles Catacombs of the Black Vatican (2014) and Order of the Black (2010). In-between then and now, Zakk Wylde released Book of Shadows II, the long awaited follow up from his 1996 solo debut of the same name, which debuted at #18 on the Billboard Top 200 Chart.

Wylde, now reunited with Ozzy Osbourne after an eight year break, has played a handful of dates with whom he refers to as “the boss,” with no signs of slowing down. The reunion kicked off over the summer with a highlighted performance at CHICAGO OPEN AIR and high profile festivals like LOUDER THAN LIFE and OZZFEST MEETS KNOTFEST.

One part invading horde and all parts traveling carnival party, Black Label Society traverses the world powered by caffeine and cacophony. BLS engages and inspires audiences everywhere they go, on every radio dial they burn, inviting all comers to join in and participate in their brotherhood and sisterhood of hard rock and vigor.

Now ten studio albums deep, with solo records, Ozzy shows, and Zakk Sabbath tours all kicking ass simultaneously, Black Label Society rides ever forward, fist held high.

CORROSION OF CONFORMITY Discusses Working With Producer John Custer In Part Two Of Ongoing ‘No Cross No Crown’ Video Blog Series

New Record No Cross No Crown Out January 12, 2018

On January 12th, 2018, CORROSION OF CONFORMITY will release their long-anticipated new full-length No Cross No Crown. Set for release via Nuclear Blast Entertainment, the record marks the first recording with vocalist/guitarist Pepper Keenan in over a decade.

As a precursor to its release, the band released part two of a multi-part view blog series. In the latest clip, the band discusses working with longtime producer John Custer and more.

View the interview, conducted by J. Bennett, along with the first clip and first single, “Cast The First Stone,” below:

CORROSION OF CONFORMITY’S No Cross No Crown will be released via Nuclear Blast Entertainment worldwide on CD, digital, vinyl, and cassette formats. Various pre-order bundles are currently available here.

CORROSION OF CONFORMITY’s No Cross No Crown somehow sounds as though no time has passed between 2005’s In The Arms Of God and today. The band cut No Cross No Crown in about forty days over the course of a year. Some of these new jams sound like they could’ve easily appeared on Wiseblood or Deliverance, two of CORROSION OF CONFORMITY’s most revered records. Beefy Southern stompers like “The Luddite,” “Little Man,” and “Forgive Me” are interspersed with melancholy guitar interludes like “No Cross,” “Matre’s Diem,” and “Sacred Isolation” — just like Sabbath used to do in the ’70s. “We started doing that on Deliverance,” Keenan points out. “My theory on that is that if you’re trying to make a record flow, you need to break it up a little. When you need a breather, write an interlude. I like writing those mellow pieces just to space things out and make the next thing come in heavier.”

No Cross No Crown stands as irrefutable proof of CORROSION OF CONFORMITY’s ability to overcome. “CORROSION OF CONFORMITY and the prior records I’ve done with them didn’t just go away,” Keenan observes. “It’s an honor to be back out there and have an opportunity to do it again in a real way and not some washed-up reunion thing. Even before we wrote the record, we were out there for a year seeing there was a demand for it and that there was a void that we could fill. That’s been CORROSION OF CONFORMITY’s deal from day one. We’re not chasing anybody around. We’re not gonna worry about what the new trends are. CORROSION OF CONFORMITY is CORROSION OF CONFORMITY.”

CORROSION OF CONFORMITY will join Black Label Society for a mammoth North American live takeover this winter. The tour begins December 27th, 2017 in Denver, Colorado and will wind its way through nearly four dozen cities, the journey coming to a close February 27th, 2018 in Los Angeles. Additional support will be provided by Eyehategod and Red Fang on select shows. See all confirmed dates below.
