The Founders of Emo Nite LA Announce Emo Nite Day

The Largest Emo Nite Event to Date

The Emo Nite phenomenon that began in a dive bar in Echo Park has spread all over the country and to celebrate their 3-Year Anniversary they have teamed up with Goldenvoice to present Emo Nite Day.

Taking over Shrine Expo Hall in Los Angeles, CA on December 3rd, 2017, this will bring together every element that Emo Nite fans love including live performances and DJ sets on multiple stages, art installations, food trucks, carnival games, and more.

Emo Nite LA Going Back on Tour this Summer

LA’s monthly Emo Nite is excited to be heading back out on the road to some of their favorite cities across the United States! Hitting markets like Chicago, Dallas, Orlando, Philadelphia, Lawrence and the trifecta of San Francisco, Seattle and Portland at the same time, Emo Nite LA is ready to bring an evening full of your favorite music, guest DJs and plenty of surprises. The monthly Los Angeles date will be held the second Tuesday of July with tickets available at the door. Emo Nite also recently launched their new collection in Urban Outfitters online and in stores across the country. The line consists of t-shirts, hats and a long sleeve tees. In celebration of the launch, Space 15 Twenty will be the home to a 3 Day Pop-Up event June 23rd – 25th. The weekend will be full of exciting events like DJ sets by Ham on Everything + Skins, musical performances by DALES, SUPER WHATEVR, La Bouquet, Love Nothing and Luna Shadows, Phhhoto Booths, a live taping of the Ride or Cry Podcast, a special session of Namastay 18 Forever, which is an Emo Themed Yoga class presented by Namasdrake, an art installation showcasing all of the art created for Emo Nites over the past 2 and a half years and more! A limited amount of “Early Boy” tickets for the July 11th Los Angeles Emo Nite will be available on-site this weekend as well. Space 15 Twenty is located at 1520 N. Cahuenga Blvd in Los Angeles.

Emo Nite LA is an event started by three friends (Babs Szabo, T.J. Petracca and Morgan Freed) that brings together people who share the love of emo rock music from the 90’s, 2000’s, and today. Different notable artists and musicians from all genres that have been inspired by emo and pop punk music have either DJ’d or performed at the events, which happen monthly in Los Angeles and regularly around the country in cities like New York City, San Francisco, San Diego, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Louisville, Phoenix, Seattle and more.

Celebrities like Halsey, Machine Gun Kelly, Demi Lovato, Debby Ryan, Post Malone, Kristen Stewart, Tyler Posey (Teen Wolf), Will Noon (Fun), Cole Sprouse, Scheana Marie (Vanderpump Rules), Justin Hartley (This Is Us/Young and the Restless) and Christhell Stause (All My Children) have attended the events in Los Angeles and have been seen wearing pieces from previous Emo Nite merchandise collections. As Music Connection recently stated “Overall, it’s refreshing to see artists who have made their name in different genres appreciate-and rock out at that-to the emo scene’s music-this just proves that Emo Nite continues succeeding at its mission to bring together the community through the power of music.”
